All the services given and translations done by PARLAMÓN
TRADUCTORS-INTÈRPRETS, S.L. are governed by the following
General Conditions of Sale and Service.
The customer automatically accept these conditions when they place an
order.
- 2. PARLAMÓN
TRADUCTORS-INTÈRPRETS, S.L. agrees to maintain maximum
confidentiality on all texts handed over by customers, on their content,
target and purpose, as long as this is not incompatible with current
legal provisions in Spain and/or the location of customer's head offices
and/or of PARLAMÓN TRADUCTORS-INTÈRPRETS, S.L.
- 3. PARLAMÓN
TRADUCTORS-INTÈRPRETS, S.L. accepts no liability for
the legality or veracity of the text entrusted, its content, target
and purpose, and the customer is solely responsible there for.
- 4. Likewise,
customers agree that all texts given to PARLAMÓN TRADUCTORS-INTÈRPRETS,
S.L. for translation or any other service, their content and
objective and any other services requested do not infringe any rules
and regulations in Spain, Catalonia and/or the place of the head offices
of the customer and/or of PARLAMÓN TRADUCTORS-INTÈRPRETS,
S.L.
- 5. PARLAMÓN
TRADUCTORS-INTÈRPRETS, S.L. agrees to give the services
requested with the utmost awareness and goodwill, thus guaranteeing
their best possible quality. In the event of complaints due to errors
in translation or in any other service offered, and due to any delay
in delivery, the customer will be entitled to make a claim provided
they do so in the 14 real days following the delivery date. All claims
must be based on demonstrable judgements and opinions. PARLAMÓN
TRADUCTORS-INTÈRPRETS, S.L. agrees to make all suitable
rectifications and changes without this involving any extra cost to
the customer, and remains open to any possible changes to agreements.
- 6. After 14
days following the delivery of the translation or the performance of
the service, the customer loses all right to claim from PARLAMÓN
TRADUCTORS-INTÈRPRETS, S.L., which is released of all
commercial, civil or legal responsibility.
- 7. In no case
does PARLAMÓN TRADUCTORS-INTÈRPRETS, S.L.
accept liability for damages caused as a result of delays, omissions,
negligence or errors in our services. Likewise, PARLAMÓN
TRADUCTORS-INTÈRPRETS, S.L. assumes no liability concerning
the correctness, the quality and/or the content of the texts that have
been modified in any way or are the result of any kind of treatment
after the delivery of the product.
- 8. PARLAMÓN
TRADUCTORS-INTÈRPRETS, S.L. issues the invoices for
each order at the end of the month of delivery, and the customer is
entitled to make any claims in the 14 days following the date of issue.
After this time, the customer automatically accepts the invoice and
agrees to settle it within the established times. The price is the one
that holds in the Price List in force at the time of placing the order.
Customers are entitled to consult the Price List in force at any time
and/or to ask for a quote prior to the translation and/or provision
of other services. All invoices will be due at 30 real days from the
date of issue.
- 9. PARLAMÓN
TRADUCTORS-INTÈRPRETS, S.L. reserves the right to keep
one or more copies of the translations and the original text on paper
or in electronic format, and agrees to make no use of them other than
for strictly internal purposes in complete confidentiality without the
prior authorisation of the customer.
- 10.
In extraordinary cases, PARLAMÓN TRADUCTORS-INTÈRPRETS,
S.L. reserves the right to modify/annul any of the clauses
of these General Conditions of
Sale and Service Provision by previous,
mutual agreement in writing with the customer. Likewise, it reserves
the right at all times to modify, extend or eliminate any of the above
rules and to insert additional clauses, with all due communication to
the customer.
